Have you ever had an idea and at the same time known you had to try it? That’s what I had – a title, a concept, and an “I have to” all at once. Combined with “that sounds uncomfortable – all that sharing.” How unintentionally English of me.
I dove in for the first week and I hope you’ve enjoyed yourself. What I’ve gotten is becoming vested in my (future) garden and being much more consistent in my efforts. Phoenix has made it clear that it requires consistency.

That’s just Humphrey being Humphrey. Nothing personal.
Progress is slow but visible. The daylilies and roses are still alive, the ornamental grasses I planted over the winter are loving the heat, and little seedlings are popping their heads up.

Until next time!
Once more unto the breach,
🌿 Ruby
